At the very core of our educational project is the conviction that we must prepare the heart as much as the mind. Social-Emotional Learning is not an isolated subject at CCB; it is woven into our curriculum at every stage.
This commitment also influences the comprehensive training of our teachers, right down to the meticulous planning of lessons.

Safeguarding
The safety of our students is our non-negotiable priority. Through our Safeguarding programme, we guarantee an environment of trust and mutual respect, aligned with the highest international child protection standards.
The school has a Designated Safeguarding Lead who oversees awareness-raising within our school community, monitors all reported situations (using an internationally renowned tool called CPOMS), and constantly updates our internal standards and Child Protection Policy to reflect the most rigorous global safeguarding benchmarks.

Inclusion Through the Learning Support Programme (LSP)
CCB offers an inclusive educational environment that recognises diversity and guarantees equitable and full access to our pedagogical approach. The Learning Support Programme (LSP) is designed to address special educational needs in order to achieve this goal.
The programme establishes mechanisms for the design, implementation, and evaluation of continuous monitoring processes that promote attention to diversity and enable successful inclusion.
The programme features a team of specialists responsible for supporting emotional, learning, language, neuropsychological, or motor processes. They carry out classroom observations and constant monitoring of student progress.
Working jointly with teachers, the specialists perform interventions within the classroom or in small groups according to identified needs. Parents are an integral part of the process through periodic meetings with teachers and specialists who provide specific strategies to be implemented at home.

Our Medical Department
Our commitment to physical integrity is reflected in our Medical Department, a facility fully authorised by the District Health Secretariat. Staffed by a permanent school doctor and two nurses, the department functions as a vital hub for student health.
Our medical team maintains constant communication with both parents and teachers, providing essential updates and professional guidance. Furthermore, they monitor the school environment with clinical precision, tracking health trends and managing any potential disease outbreaks to ensure our community remains safe and informed at all times.
