Well-being is part of daily life at CCB and spans many areas. We have psychology teams, learning support specialists, a safeguarding lead, well-being coordinators across all sections, and comprehensive guidance at every stage of school. All our academic, administrative, facilities staff, and external suppliers are trained in child protection.

Each student and family receives close guidance during their academic, social, and emotional integration to facilitate a positive transition to the school. To achieve this, in Primary and Secondary, we assign a “Best Buddy” from the entering year group to each new student, and we hold monthly meetings with parents to discuss their integration into CCB.

We integrate the Colombian curriculum with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Continuum, promoting critical thinking, leadership, a global mindset, and meaningful learning from an early age under the quality and excellence standards of an international school certified by the Council of International Schools.

Through career counselling, personalised guidance, university fairs, international preparation, and experiences that help students discover their interests and build their life project.

Students participate in exchanges, global programmes, and experiences through our GoBeyond – Step into the Unknown programme, which includes exchanges with Round Square schools in different parts of the world, and annual conferences in Latin America with the Latin American Heads Conference, among others. International experiences begin from 5th Grade in Primary.

CCB offers sports, arts, music, dance, leadership, clubs, social service, international experiences, and spaces to develop talents inside and outside the classroom. There are more than 20 extracurricular options for all ages and free clubs (from robotics to mindfulness) in EC, Primary, and Secondary.

We provide flexible academic support for students participating in competitions, artistic pursuits, or high-performance activities. Our programme for high-performance athletes starts from 4th Grade in Primary.

Students participate in initiatives such as CAS, where voluntary spaces for social service are made available with the school’s support. They can also participate in the CCB Model United Nations, represent the school at models hosted by other schools in Colombia, and undertake international volunteering through Round Square, social projects, and leadership experiences with a real impact.

Sustainability is part of the CCB culture. Through Corazón Verde and various environmental projects, students learn to act with awareness and responsibility toward the environment.

We are a close, participatory, and diverse community where families, students, and staff build relationships of trust and a sense of belonging.

Our students develop proficiency in English, Spanish, and French within a multicultural and international environment.

Our 116,000 m² campus offers extensive green areas, sports facilities, artistic venues, and environments designed to enhance learning, well-being, and a connection with nature.

We promote values such as empathy, responsibility, honesty, respect, and an open mind through daily experiences inside and outside the classroom.

It means recognising the unique potential of each student and guiding them to discover who they are, what inspires them, and how they want to impact the world.

We have 21 of our own buses equipped with air conditioning, seatbelts, and cameras. They are operated by directly employed drivers and bus monitors who love CCB and are trained in child protection. Furthermore, you can track the route in real time via GPS using our App.
